• Any issues related to defects, damages, or sizing must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the items, otherwise they will not be entertained.

• Items must be kept unused and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• You can choose to return the item or receive store credit for future purchases, valid for 1 year only.

• Exchange is not allowed for the same items.

• As soon as you notify us, we will guide you through the hassle-free return process.

RETURN POLICY DURATION

Our return policy is valid for 14 days after you receive the product.

To avoid misuse, any cases of late notification or unreasonable requests will be handled at the company’s discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse such returns.

RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

To return your order, please follow these steps:

• Send the product back to our office at your own expense within 14 working days and share the courier receipt photo with us for tracking.

• The return address will be provided by our customer care team.

• The customer is responsible for the shipping fee.

• The return will be processed only after we receive the product in proper condition, with original packaging (outer plastic cover not required) and without damage.

• You may choose to return the item or receive store credit valid for 1 year.

• Exchange is not allowed for items.
